Practical and Functional Yoga

Release & Restore
Class begins with a light yoga flow to create space in mind & body in preparation for a 35-minute restorative practice. All of which will lead to greater self-awareness, a more balanced nervous system, and an immunity boost.
Strength & Stability
Here we explore the body’s full range of movements with a focus on building strength, stability, and mobility at a slow to moderate pace. Expect to push, pull, hinge, squat, and rotate, all in the context of yoga.
Mind & Muscle
Do you regularly walk, hike, run, cycle, strength train, or participate in competitive sports? Regardless of your level of activity or experience, this class is designed to target the tightness you experience from living an active lifestyle.
